This car was in pretty poor condition when I first got it. Fortunately the motor did work, although a little rough at first, but a good clean and lube got it running well. This is the yellow exhaust version which I think is the 3rd and last version of this model, to go with my other 2. It was missing the driver, windscreen and wing, and all the decals were cracked or faded, but all easily fixed. This windscreen is the one I have the most trouble casting, must be the rounded shape and sharp edges, but only about 1 in 4 or 5 are good enough to be usable. This one was the best looking one I'd achieved for a while, with not even the slightest of bubbles, but the front clip had broken off, so wasn't suitable to sell. But it was such a nice clear one I decided to use it on this one and just glue it in place with aquadhere (which sets clear). I have plenty of my own copies of the driver and wing, so they weren't a problem, so then all I had to do was apply new decals.
