This car has been built from scratch, using an MRRC Chaparral 2C body and an MRRC chassis but with a Scalextric FF slimline motor and running gear. Have had to modify the chassis and make up my own motor mounts and conversion pieces to get it all to fit. Don't know what the MRRC motors are like, but even the slimline motor was very tight fit under the cabin. Very light and very fast, have had to add some lead weights to help traction and handling, but very nice to drive.
