I had a few of these D-Type bodies and finally got around to fising one of them up. The chassis was from a Corvette which I decided to modify and attach a PCS 32 chassis instead, as I already had one original version. The original blue was pretty dull and needed a little patching, so decided to repaint in British Racing Green (or as close as I could get anyway). Not happy with the wheels, but haven't decided what to do with them yet, as the axles sizes are different to everything else. The windscreen is one of my own casts, its not perfect but it is very difficult to cast well because its so damn thin. I also lowered the chassis about 3mm, as there was plenty of room for the motor and wheels, and it actually runs and handles quite well now.
