This was a lucky pickup, being an ebay auction that did not sell. The car was missing bumpers and was a non-runner, so I offered a fair price of £10 all up, including postage, and it was accepted, so we were both happy (particularly with the current exchange rate. Already had some repro bumpers painted and decalled up to show others, so they were quickly installed, a new pinion and braids added, and away she went, looking as good as new.
