I decided to repaint this car Blue for a number of reasons, the primary ones being that both rear guards had been cut and folded up, and I already had 3 other Orange Electras. It was a good way to hide the filler I needed to fix the guards, and it was also missing the chrome trim, windscreen and aerofoil, so was a good candidate for a paint job. The wing, windscreen, roll bar and engine cover are all reproductions I have moulded and cast myself, and am now selling to interested collectors.
