My Tracks

My Permanent Timber track (6.3m x 1.5m). A lovely timber track given to me by a friend and fellow collector, Peter. A beautiful and free flowing track which is very fast with its 2 extra long straights.
My Semi-permanent Man Case track, on a 1.2m x 4.8m board. About as much track as I could fit on the board with a nice little stone-brick look bridge. Its a little tight in places, but has all radius 2 & 3 curves, so is still quite free flowing and quite fast with its 2 long straights.
Two Lane, very tight layout, for a 10' x 4' board. Probably about as much track as you can fit on a 10x4 board, but has a very tight 180 degreee turn.
Another tight two lane track for a 10' x 4' board, but with radius 2 & 3 corners only, which makes it a fairly fast track for its size.
Two lane looping track with a right angled intersection, suitable for a small garage or workshop. Fits into a 8' x 6' space easily. No tight corners, so reasonably fast track, consirdering the number of bends.
Two lane large layout, for a two car garage or large room. Has a doble intersection and a very large loop, and is a very fast layout, with a double 13-length straight. Sorry, no pics of actual layout
Got 4 right angled crossings? Want to have some fun? Try this large 4 lane 4-way intersection track. The intersections have been placed close to bends to minimise speed and damage when collisions inevitably occur.
Another tight two lane track for a 10' x 4' board, but with radius 2 & 3 corners only, which makes it a fairly fast track for its size, plus an intersection which makes it fun.
An even tighter two lane track for a 10' x 4' board, but with some very tight corners only. Still quite a fast track for its size, as it has 6 good straight sections, with a couple of intersections to make it interesting.
OK, this is a monster 6-lane layout, that will require a two car garage or very large room. This was designed for a race meet and is a very fast layout, with one very long 10-length straight and 3 other decent sized straights, with no bend > 135 degrees.
