This car has been restored with my own repro parts. The body and running gear was in good condition, albeit very dirty and dusty. I only had to cast a new windscreen to complete the restoration. I also had to respray all the chrome pieces, as the original chrome had faded and flaked off. For the first time, I also attempted to detail the car by painting all the chrome trim on the body. The raised lettering on the bonnet and trunk proved very difficult and delicate, but the results weren't too bad. After more practise on other cars, might revisit this one and redo it, as I think it could be better.
