This car has been restored using original scalextric parts from possibly up to 4 different DB4's, except for the windscreen which I cast myself. I just need to find one pair of the correct wheels for the rear so I can mould and cast copies for the front. It has a genuine RX motor and pin guide and runs reasonably well, all things considered. The only repairs I had to make were to both rear wheel arches which had been enlarged. Not happy with the paint job on the repaired part, but will fix that later. I also had to install a new front mount mounting post, as shown in the last pic, as the old one had been cut away, along with some of the front section that holds the grill in place. I ripped the mount out of an old body that had been cut in half, so was useless anyway.
