This was just a body in poor condition donated to me by a fellow collector (thanks Mark!), with no chassis or running gear and missing headlights. Picked up a collection of old strombecker chassis, so was able to fix one up and fit a mabuchi small can motor to it, thanks to finally finding and copying some Strombecker adaptors made for that purpose. Had to clean and polish up the body to remove some stains and nicks, and it came up pretty well. Also detailed the interior, and added some decals, and voila! the finished product for your viewing pleasure. Is a very nice runner, very light and very fast, so I had to add quite a bit of weight to get it to handle reasonably well.
